The Spartan Wolves FC “Inner City Boys College ID Camp" in partnership with Black Star Initiative provided a snapshot of collegiate soccer in a challenging and competitive environment for aspiring college soccer players. 

 

College coaches from across the country attended and participated in this camp held at Champions Field. Players were COACHED & EVALUATED by some of the top college coaches in the country in this two-day session.

BENEFITS OF THE EVALUATION PROCESS

Players will work directly with the college coaches in practice-type situations while they are evaluated on how well they adapt to this new coaching experience.

Player development through specific technical and tactical training, small-sided situations, and 11 vs. 11 games

Players also get a feel for the different coaching styles to see what is a good fit for them.

Clearer understanding of what it is like being in a competitive, collegiate environment.

Coaches get a first-hand on how the players respond to direction under intense circumstances.

Each player receives a camp t-shirt and access to a video recording of the camp.
