Come kick it with the Black Star and Detroit City FC fam as we watch the USWNT begin their World Cup campaign v.s. Vietnam and celebrate the start of another Black Star Detroit weekend. Come through for a night of food, drinks, giveaways, sounds, merch, and good vibes. Bring a friend, and let’s enjoy the beautiful game.
FIRST-TOUCH YOUTH CLINIC

Players ages: 5-12
A free youth clinic to provide one-of-a-kind access to the world’s most popular sport for boys and girls ages 5 – 12 with the goal of creating and strengthening a love of the game. This clinic will provide up to 150 participants with access to local stars, autograph sessions, and high-end free premiums. As a part of this clinic, parents will be given information and resources on navigating the local youth soccer soccer landscape during our Parent Education Session.


U.S. SOCCER FOUNDATION COACH-MENTOR TRAINING™

The U.S. Soccer Foundation’s Coach-Mentor Training™ is a resource for up to 40 youth sports coaches to build their skills to serve as mentors and provide more positive youth sports experiences. Coach-Mentor Training builds participants’ capacity to create lasting, positive connections with youth and teaches them how to strengthen the social and emotional skills of young people. The training also teaches coaches how to work effectively with youth in and from underserved communities.
ALLSTATE BLACK STAR ID SHOWCASE

Players ages: 13-19
A free open tryout program that provides girls and boys ages 13-19 with the opportunity to be scouted and recruited by colleges, U.S. Soccer, MLS, NWSL, USL, and local youth clubs.
